We collect your cargo at the supplier's factory anywhere in China, consolidate and export-clear it, move it to Europe by your chosen mode, clear it through EU or UK customs, and deliver to your warehouse. You can buy EXW from your supplier and let us control the chain, or we can take over from FOB. DDP terms — where we deliver with duties and VAT settled — are available for most EU destinations.
Sea freight (28–35 days to Rotterdam, Hamburg, Felixstowe, or Piraeus) remains the most economical for full containers and LCL. China–Europe rail freight reaches Germany and Poland in 18–22 days at rates between sea and air. Air freight delivers in 5–8 days door-to-door for urgent or high-value cargo. We quote all three so you can decide on real numbers.
European imports require an EORI number, correct HS classification, and properly valued commercial invoices. Our European clearance partners handle import declarations, duty optimisation under EU trade agreements, and VAT — including postponed VAT accounting where your country allows it. We flag CE-marking and product compliance questions before goods ship, not after they are seized.
