Self-propelled machines often travel cheapest by RoRo (roll-on/roll-off) vessel. Static oversized equipment ships on flat rack or open top containers with professional lashing and securing. Very large units move as breakbulk. Where machinery can be partially disassembled, standard FCL containers cut costs significantly — we advise on the most economical safe method for each unit.
From South China ports, typical transit times are 18–25 days to Jeddah or Dammam (Saudi Arabia), 15–20 days to Jebel Ali (UAE), 28–35 days to European ports, and 20–30 days to East and West Africa. We quote door-to-port or full door-to-door including inland heavy haulage at destination.
